Once we approve your refund, we’ll initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that we won’t issue refunds for purchases made more than 30 days prior or for purchases made through unauthorized channels. Additionally, we won’t issue refunds if we determine that you violated our Terms of Service or if the issue with the plug-in is due to your computer or operating system.
